Kids Discovery Factory is honored to announce the addition of Aaron Garrett and Brad Stoneking to our Board of Directors.
About Aaron Garrett:
Aaron Garrett is the 8th Grade Social Studies teacher at Batesville Middle School, where he has taught and coached since 1999, and is in his 14th season as the boys' basketball coach at Batesville High School.
Along with being an educator, Mr. Garret is a Realtor and has practiced real estate for 16 years. He leads The Garrett Group with Lohmiller Real Estate. Mr. Garrett graduated from Indiana University in 1997. He serves on the Batesville Historical Society Board and the Batesville Kiwanis Board. He and his wife Jenni (Weigel) reside in Batesville with their three children.
About Brad Stoneking:
Brad Stoneking is the principal of Batesville Primary School, where he has been since 2017. He has previously served as a teacher, coach, and school leader within Batesville and South Dearborn schools. Mr. Stoneking completed his undergraduate work in Education at Franklin College in 2006. After receiving his M.S. in Educational Administration, he served as both a high school associate principal and principal before transitioning to Batesville Primary School.
Mr. Stoneking recently completed his Ed.S. in Educational Leadership from Indiana State University where he obtained his school superintendent licensure. He lives in Batesville with his wife, Sarah, who serves as the school counselor at Batesville Intermediate School, and their two children.
