Emili Uden, Executive Director
Emili has served Kids Discovery Factory for the past eight years, most recently as the Vice President of the Board of Directors. She conceptualized and developed the popular traveling exhibit program, the Mobile Factory. Emili is a graduate of Millikin University with a B.A. in Early Childhood Education.

Vanessa Beetz, Operations Director
Vanessa oversees the day-to-day running of KDF. Besides having been a classroom teacher, she previously led our programming from 2019-2025. Vanessa holds a B.A in Economics and a M.S. in Elementary Education.

Dawn Koch, Education Director
Dawn leads our on-site and outreach programming. She has decades of experience developing and facilitating children's programming. Dawn holds a B.A. in Children's Literature/Curriculum Development and a M.A. in Transformative Writing Process.
